If your job is more simple and possible to do in one day like hanging the pictures, installation of the blinds or curtains, tv hanging, etc. We will book a time for one of our tradesmen to come round and carry out the job.
If your job is large or complex, we will appoint one of our handymen, electricians or plumbers to visit you and prepare a quote. After the visit, you will receive a quotation from us. If the quotation is reasonable for you and you are happy to carry on with the job we will give you a call and book one or more of our tradesman for the job.

When our staff confirms the job and booking you will be informed by text message, email or phone call. In the text message, you will have all the necessary informations: booking time, date, tradesman name.
Our schedulers will estimate how long it will take for the service from the information you give us and book a slot accordingly.
We typically allow a one-hour window for their arrival time.
The tradesman will arrive and show you his I.D.
He will always reassess the job on arrival to see if more time will be required than originally estimated. When he begins the job, he will make a note of the time. When the work is complete, the tradesman will show you a job ticket telling you what he has done with a detailed breakdown of the cost. He will ask you to sign the job sheet for him. He will take a card or cheque payment before he leaves and a receipt will automatically be emailed to you. You can visit our privacy policy page for any information needed after the job is done.
