All prices exclude material cost. We are happy to source and supply all the materials needed and these will be charged separately.
We encourage customers to supply parking permits. In case that our tradesman needs to pay for the parking customer will charged for that separately.

Yes we are fully insured. We carry £2 million public liability insurance.
We have many laborers so we can book and schedule the job for you within 24-48 hours, sometimes even earlier. For a services list, we offer please refer to the Services page.

Yes, we can. We can completely renovate your house or office if required. For any task that’s going to be longer than 4 days, we are happy to provide you with a free quote.
Please refer to our Areas We Cover page. We are covering London and any borough and area within M25. If you are based in East, North, West or South London that’s not a problem for us. We will supply professional and skilled tradesman for you starting from carpentry, painting, handyman, plumbing, electrical or any other skills.
The tradesman will show you the work ticket detailing what he has done, and any additional charges for materials and parking. If you agree with the total price of the invoice you can sign the ticket and the tradesman will take payment over the phone. You will then be sent a receipt by email.
Absolutely. They all wear our uniform, carry I.D. They are all dedicated, skilled tradesmen.
We will book a one-hour arrival window, so for example, we might say your tradesman will arrive between 09:15 am and 10:15 am. As we all know, getting around London can be a challenging and unpredictable business. They all know their way about, but sometimes road conditions are difficult, so we need this degree of flexibility to avoid disappointing our customers.
If you book a half-day or a full day, you will be charged our flat rate. If you make an ordinary booking, you will be charged by the half-hour ( minimum booking is two hours).
It is often helpful if you can provide a photo of the job you planning to do. That will help us assess the time it will take and what tools and materials will be required. We also suggest that customers have a couple of little jobs in reserve in case the work is completed quickly and our tradesman has time left over in the booking.
